"THEATRE UNDER THE STARS

TUTS began in 1940 by presenting two Shakespearian comedies and an operetta. It later turned exclusively to operettas and musical comedies – giving early performance opportunities to many future stars, including Don Garrard and Robert Goulet. The original TUTS disbanded in 1963."
