All patterns are digital PDFs. Once your payment has been received, the pattern will be emailed to you.

You will need Adobe or some other form of PDF reader to view the file.

 

POSTAGE SERVICES FOR PHYSICAL ITEMS

Items are posted from Canada using CanadaPost and tracking numbers are NOT included as standard. If you do require a tracking number, please let me know BEFORE you place your order and I will adjust your shipping cost.

  • Canada – Lettermail (CanadaPost estimates 2-4 business days).
  • United States – Small Packet USA Airmail (CanadaPost estimates 5-8 business days).
  • Everywhere else – Small Packet International Airmail (CanadaPost estimates 6-10 business days).

I'm based in British Columbia (Canada), so please factor in the waiting times. Shipping internationally can take longer than expected, depending on the country / any customs delays.

Please be careful to enter your correct shipping address for purchases. I’m not responsible for any issues caused by delivery to the wrong address.

CUSTOMS / IMPORT FEES

Please note that your country may charge additional customs / import fees, which are out of my control.

In particular, UK buyers should be aware that any goods imported into the UK over the value of £15 are subject to import VAT of 20%, plus a Royal Mail handling fee of £8. Unfortunately, the Customs fee isn’t something that sellers can pay in advance – Royal Mail assess parcels as they enter the country and charge the person receiving the item.

Note: I cannot mark the Customs form as "gift" to avoid any Customs fees, as that is illegal.

GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKAGING

If you’re buying a gift and would like it wrapped and sent directly to the recipient, make sure the recipient's address is used as the shipping address and in the “Note to seller” box in your shopping cart tell me any required message.

I won't include any prices in the gift itself, but Customs forms do require the type of item and the value to be written on the package. If you want it to be a complete secret, consider addressing the package to another person in the household!

Note: I cannot withhold information from the Customs form or mark something as a "gift" to avoid any Customs fees, as that is illegal.
